About me 

I am a integrative Counsellor, EMDR therapist, a  CBT accredited  therapist and a Registered mental health nurse with over twenty years withinI am a qualified and experienced therapist offering evidence-based psychological therapy in a safe, confidential, and supportive       environment. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), helping individuals better understand the link between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change.

I support adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, low mood, trauma, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I understand that no two people are the same, so therapy is always tailored to your individual needs, goals, and pace. My approach is structured yet compassionate, focusing on helping you build long-term coping skills rather than short-term fixes.

Therapy with me is collaborative and transparent. We work together to make sense of what’s going on for you, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop strategies that feel realistic and manageable in everyday life. I place strong emphasis on creating a non-judgemental space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard.
